Caldwell, who has 15 years of experience in the action sports industry, currently guides the marketing department for Interbike. An avid mountain biker – and formerly an avid racer – she is well versed in the cross-country and downhill disciplines. She serves on the NorCal High School Mountain Bike League Board. |
| Fischer is the CEO and Founding Managing Partner of BCM, LTD. an investment management firm he founded in 1994. Prior to that he had experience as a trader, an accountant and as a CPA. Fischer is an avid road, cycle-cross and mountain biker as well as a skier and snow shoer. He has experience in trail building and participates in trail maintenance projects on a regular basis. |

Conroy is the president and general manager of Yeti Cycles, located in Golden, Colorado. He has been active in local advocacy for the last 10 years, having served in the past as president of the Colorado Mountain Bike Association (COMBA) and has been an active voice for mountain biker's rights with local government and land managers. Yeti Cycles has been a long-time corporate member of IMBA and has provided support to key mountain bike initiatives including the Golden Bike Park. |

Grover's career includes significant legal experience in transactional execution, regulatory relations and corporate compliance gained from over 25 years as an officer and legal counsel for insurers and reinsurers in the life and health industry, as well as direct experience in marketing and sales. Grover has long been an active member of the IMBA-affiliated club, and now IMBA Chapter, the Tarheel Trailblazers. He regulalry participates in trailbuilding events and recently served as the group's president. |

Philbrick is president and CEO of Oxford Finance, a specialty finance firm headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia that provides senior debt to emerging healthcare companies worldwide. He is also a long-time advocate, fundraiser and board member for The Campagna Center, a non-profit organization serving children and families in need. An avid mountain biker, triathlete and runner, he regularly participates in racing events. |

His professional path has followed a 30-plus year career of developing and leading startup and turnaround operating companies. An airline transport-rated and sailplane pilot, Treinis’ corporate development work specializes in aviation-based ventures, including an executive role in the X PRIZE Foundation and its $10 million purse for a privately built, manned space flight. He enjoys riding the Teton Valley trails near his home in Alta, Wyoming. |

A successful financial advisor for more than 21 years, Winston is a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley in La Jolla, California. He was appointed by the San Diego Board of Supervisors to be a board member of the Citizen's Law Enforcement Review Board, the civilian oversight of the Sheriffs Office and the Probation Department. He has logged thousands of hours volunteering for this and other community causes, and he still finds time to ride (and race) his mountain bike from time to time. |

David Zimberoff is the global marketing director for SRAM, one of IMBA's top-level sponsors, working at the company's headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. He recently served as a board member of Chicago's largest cycling advocacy group CBF, The Chicagoland Bicycle Federation. |
