Tap into the vast network of IMBA Chapters and affiliated clubs to help promote your race in your local market. IMBA offers materials that give mountain bikers and sponsors another great reason to be part of your event. Click here for member-only pricing on items to support your event. Event Promoter Members receive:
- Promotion of your event on IMBA's Community Calendar through partnership with IMBA's local chapters and clubs.
- Volunteer incentives for trail advocacy projects associated with your event through REI-IMBA's Teaming for Trails program.
- Event promoters that offer attractive offers to IMBA supporters, trail work programs or run nationally recognized events may receive editorial in the quarterly IMBA Trail News, Facebook/Twitter or monthly eNews broadcasts, as space allows.
- Deals and discounts from IMBA's corporate partners.
- Limited quantities of socks and t-shirts (up to 6 items) and/or other IMBA-branded apparel or gear to use as prizes or for volunteers and event staff.
- IMBA stickers and Rules of the Trail tip-cards, Mechanic's Aprons, Banners and Barrier Tape, at cost plus shipping.
- All the benefits of Individual Membership for two (2) staff for every $100 membership.
- An “IMBA Supporter” decal and event banner identifying your event as a supporter of mountain bike advocacy.
- IMBA members that are also USA Cycling member clubs/race promoters may apply for a $2,000 grant to jump-start trail improvement projects for their event. Click here for details.
- As an IMBA Event Promoter you are also entitled to a custom partnership with Team IMBA race teams and sponsors to bring Factory Teams and pro athletes to your event.
